Santana + Nick | 05.24.14

There’s so much to say about Nick and Santana and their gorgeous wedding. But it’s going to be a whole lot easier to just show you.

Nestled between the backroads of Kentucky, this wedding spared no small details. Completely everything they’ve always wanted. A smooth, relaxing day is what Santana wanted, and what she got + then some. A group of amazing people with adorable country accents. It’s niiiiiiiiiiiite, riiiiiiiiiiiite and weddin’ in these parts of the Bluegrass. Honeysuckle fragrance in the air and lighting bugs filling up the fields at night. Live music, cold beer, gorgeous flowers and good food. Petals sprinkled on the ground and a gorgeous sun in the sky.Laughter spilling out of the barn doors and an intimate union between these two. It really was a fairy tale day. A real love story. An AMAZING love story, and this is just where theirs begins.

It was a day that makes everyone there just want to get married all over again.

I can’t praise these people enough – the behind the scenes vendors doing everything in their power to make this day as smooth and gorgeous as possible. Even putting in nails, making last minute detail changes for a photo I just had to have. Working a long, wonderful day with a smile on their face. And vendors I truly hope to work with again, and often.

And I couldn’t have done this without my amazing right hand man and crazy talented second shooter, Bella Posa. She’s moving to New York this fall and I’m going to be so lost without her. You know that person that makes work even more fun? Can read your mind, bust ass along side of you through thick and thin? Yeah, that’s her. The rainbow to my unicorn.
