How awesome to shoot right in your own backyard – the town you grew up in, the high school you went to – the bourbon distilleries you passed by every day – Kentucky really is my favorite.
Meet John + Kayla – best friends in high school, and a few trips around the sun later – engaged to be married this fall. So we hit up the hallways they once walked together, the bleachers they’ve sat in together, and where the very first chapters of their story were being written. And time in Nelson County/Bardstown isn’t complete without an old distillery, bourbon warehouses and luckily for us – some pretty dramatic storm clouds!
